What we wash
We only take home textiles — so we have the right equipment for them and never mix them with clothing.
Synthetic, down, feather
Duvets
Duvets go into large-drum machines and are dried all the way through. Down and feathers are tumbled loose so they do not clump.

Sleeping and decorative
Pillows
Synthetic and down pillows get their volume and fresh smell back. Decorative inserts are washed if the label allows.

Four steps from booking to a fresh linen cupboard.
How we look after your things
- Every item is checked
On intake we note stains, wear and missing labels. If anything is unclear, we call or write before washing.
- Gentle products
We use hypoallergenic detergents. On request we wash without fragrance or softener.
- Dried right through, then folded
Duvet and pillow filling must be dry inside or it starts to smell musty. That is why we never rush down items.
