Terms of service
This English version is provided for convenience. If there is any difference, the Polish version prevails.
1. Service provider
Services are provided by Aleksandra Billi, a sole trader operating as OhSauco, ul. Pomorska 27, unit 3, 50-216 Wrocław, Poland, NIP 7492052181, REGON 544789650, registered in CEIDG. Contact: [email protected]. Drop-off point: ul. Pomorska 27, unit 3, 50-216 Wrocław (Mon–Fri 10:00–18:00, Sat 10:00–14:00).
2. Definitions
- Provider — Aleksandra Billi.
- Client — a person or organisation ordering a service.
- Consumer — a Client who is a natural person entering into the contract for purposes not directly related to their business or profession. Consumer rules also apply to a sole trader for whom the contract is not of a professional nature (Art. 3855 of the Polish Civil Code).
- Service — washing, drying, pressing or ironing of home textiles, with pickup and delivery where ordered.
- Items — textiles handed to the Provider for the Service.
- Confirmation — the list of accepted Items with price, billing currency and turnaround, sent to the Client by email or text.
3. Website and form
The website ohsauco.com presents the Provider's services and lets you book a pickup. It is not an online shop — you do not order through a basket or pay on the website. Online payments are made only through a secure Stripe link sent after the Service (section 5).
The order form is a free electronic service available to everyone. It requires a browser with JavaScript enabled and an email program. The form prepares an email that you send yourself; you can stop using it at any time. Sending unlawful content is prohibited.
4. Ordering and the contract
You order through the form, by email or in person at the drop-off point. After pickup or drop-off the Provider counts and checks the Items and sends a Confirmation with the price before washing. The contract is formed when you accept the Confirmation (e.g. by replying by email or text). If you do not accept it, the Provider returns the Items at no charge.
5. Prices and payment
Prices on the Prices page are given in Polish złoty (PLN), British pounds (GBP) and US dollars (USD). The amount in the currency stated in the Confirmation is binding. All prices are final — the Provider is VAT-exempt under Art. 113(1) of the Polish VAT Act.
Payment is made after the Service, against a bill (or, on request, an invoice without VAT): before the agreed delivery or when collecting from the drop-off point. Business clients with regular orders may pay monthly within 14 days. The Provider takes no prepayments or deposits.
Payment methods: online payment via a secure Stripe link (Visa or Mastercard card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, BLIK) and bank transfer. Online payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, D02 H210, Ireland. The Provider has no access to full card details and does not store them. Payments appear on statements as OHSAUCO. Details: Payments, refunds and cancellation.
6. Intake and performance
On intake the Provider records in the Confirmation any visible stains, discolouration, wear, damage and missing labels. Items are washed according to the manufacturer's care labels. Items without a label are washed only after the method is agreed with the Client. The Client should empty duvet covers and pillowcases and tell the Provider about items needing special care (e.g. antique embroidery, unstable dyes).
Standard turnaround is 4 business days from pickup, and up to 6 business days for down or feather duvets and pillows. The 48-hour express service costs an extra 50% and does not cover down items. The Provider makes every effort to remove stains but cannot guarantee removal of old or set-in stains, and says so on intake.
The Provider does not accept clothing, rugs, mattresses, leather or fur, dry-clean-only items, or items soiled with hazardous substances.
7. Pickup, delivery and storage
The Provider's courier collects and delivers Items within Wrocław, Mon–Sat, in two-hour slots between 8:00 and 20:00. Pickup and delivery together cost PLN 25 (GBP 5 / USD 6.50) and are free for orders from PLN 150 (GBP 30 / USD 40). Items travel in clean, closed bags. Items left at the drop-off point can be collected during its opening hours. If Items are not collected within 30 days of the ready notice, the Provider contacts the Client to arrange delivery; Items are stored free of charge and with due care.
8. Rescheduling and cancellation
The Client may move or cancel a pickup or delivery free of charge up to 2 hours before the start of the agreed slot. If the pickup or handover cannot take place in the agreed slot for reasons on the Client's side, the Provider may charge PLN 15 (GBP 3 / USD 4) for the failed visit. The Client may cancel an order at no cost until washing has started. No fees apply if a Consumer exercises the statutory right of withdrawal (section 10) or if the Provider misses the agreed date.
9. Refunds
The Provider refunds a payment in full if the Service was not performed, if a payment was taken by mistake or twice, or if it accepts a complaint and the Items cannot be put right; and in part if it accepts a complaint and reduces the price, or if a Consumer withdraws during a Service started at their request. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, accepting the complaint or finding the error, in the payment currency and using the same payment method the Client used, unless the Client agrees to another method at no cost to them. Before disputing a payment with your bank (chargeback), please contact the Provider — this does not limit your rights.
10. Right of withdrawal
A Consumer who concluded the contract at a distance (e.g. by email) or off-premises may withdraw within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason, under the rules on the Right of withdrawal page. You can use the model form or any other clear statement.
11. Complaints
If the Service was not performed properly, the Client may complain as described on the Complaints page. The Provider replies within 14 days.
12. Liability
The Provider is responsible for Items from pickup or intake until they are handed back, under the Polish Civil Code. If an Item is lost or damaged through the Provider's fault, the Client receives compensation equal to the Item's value taking account of its wear, or — where the damage can be repaired — the cost of repair. The Provider is not liable for consequences of hidden defects in the material, incorrect manufacturer labelling, or the Client withholding material information about an Item. Towards Clients who are not Consumers, liability is limited to ten times the price of the Service for the Item concerned, except for damage caused intentionally. This section does not limit Consumer rights.
13. Personal data
The Provider is the controller of personal data. Data processing, including by the payment processor Stripe, is described in the Privacy policy.
14. Out-of-court dispute resolution
A Consumer may use the out-of-court procedures described on the Complaints page. Using them is voluntary.
15. Final provisions
These Terms are effective from 3 August 2026. They do not exclude or limit Consumer rights under mandatory law. Polish law applies to matters not covered, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act. The Provider may amend these Terms for important reasons (e.g. changes in law or payment methods); contracts concluded before an amendment remain subject to the Terms in force on the date of the contract.
