Duvet covers, pillowcases, sheets
We wash duvet covers, pillowcases and sheets at the temperature on the label, then press them flat — no creases, straight edges.

Synthetic, down, feather
Duvets go into large-drum machines and are dried all the way through. Down and feathers are tumbled loose so they do not clump.

Sleeping and decorative
Synthetic and down pillows get their volume and fresh smell back. Decorative inserts are washed if the label allows.

Clothing, rugs, mattresses, leather and fur, items labelled dry-clean only, and textiles soiled with paint, oil, mould or hazardous substances. If any reach us by mistake, we return them free with the next delivery.
