Right of withdrawal

This page explains the statutory right of withdrawal available to consumers under the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014. It does not limit your rights.

Who it applies to

The right applies to a Consumer (and to a sole trader for whom the contract is not of a professional nature) who concluded a contract with us at a distance — e.g. by email or text after our courier collected the items — or off our premises.

The 14-day period

You may withdraw within 14 days of the date the contract was concluded (when you accepted the Confirmation), without giving a reason, subject to the points below. It is enough to send your statement before the period ends.

How to withdraw

Tell us clearly, e.g. by email to [email protected] or by letter to Aleksandra Billi, ul. Pomorska 27, unit 3, 50-216 Wrocław, Poland. You may use the model withdrawal form, but you do not have to. We will confirm receipt by email straight away.

Service started at your request

We usually start washing a few hours after you accept the price. We do so within the 14 days only if you expressly ask us to — we ask for this in the Confirmation. If you then withdraw, you pay an amount proportionate to the work done until you informed us — nothing more.

When the right does not apply

The right of withdrawal ends once we have fully performed the service, if before it started you expressly agreed to performance within the 14 days and acknowledged that you would lose the right once the service was complete.

Your money and items

If you paid, we refund you (less only any amount for work done at your request) within 14 days of receiving your statement, by the same payment method you used. Your items are returned free with the next delivery, or you can collect them from the drop-off point. More: refund rules.
